[IMPORTANT] Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, this has created unprecedented economic uncertainties, particularly with regards to airline network congestion and scarcity of line-haul. In recent weeks, we have seen the aviation industry battling flight cancellations and grounding of a significant proportion of their fleets. This resulted in massive reduction in commercial air cargo capacity along with passenger flights, causing capacity disruptions and increase in supplier costs and line-hual.

As advised by DHL, due to severe shortage of airline capacity, all international orders using specifically DHL eCommerce option have been halt from now until 3th Apr. In other words, orders placed with DHL eCommerce as the shipping option will be shipped on 4th Apr. Dates are subject to changes according to global outbreak situation experience by aviation industry.

Please note that this change only applies to DHL eCommerce only.

DHL Express shipping remains UNAFFECTED as airline capacity have been prioritised for DHL Express. For fast and reliable delivery, kindly opt-in on DHL Express. Express pricing listed below.

[SHIPPING & DELIVERY] Always striving to improve our delivery timeframe. For both Australia and United States on the DHL eCommerce delivery option, I am happy to announce that in the next couple of weeks, you will be able to receive your mod parts much earlier.

[RESCHEDULE] An email has been disseminated to all respective customers. More often then not, our pre-orders always ended up a few weeks, a month ahead of schedule or on schedule. They are rarely delayed. However, due to force majeure (2019 Hong Kong anti-extradition bill protests), all of our parts going through the Quality Check (QC) phase has been delayed. This is a mandatory phase where our parts are QC by a third-party company located in Hong Kong.

Reason: Our QC team found minor defects on a number of SKX013 CE Bezels. So they have to be remade. Usually this process does not take long, but the HK protest have prolonged the process as they need to reship the entire goods to Korea. As over 3/4 of the CE bezels are already given out for free during the promotion event, do hold on to the free CE bezels you are entitled to. Early birds pre-orders of sapphire bezel inserts are all also entitled to free CE bezel as well.
