Orders can now be processed in your local currency where available. You will checkout at the most current exchange rate.



Will ONLY be accepted for
IMPORTANT: Within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Prior to parts installation or attempted installation,
    *Refund initiated will be in FULL. The cost of return shipping incurred on consumer end will be excluded.
    • Parts are defective.
    • Parts are incorrect.
    • Parts are missing.
  • Parts are returned to us due to,
    *Refund initiated will be PARTIAL, i.e. less the transaction fees and shipping charges incurred, estimated between $10 to $35 SGD for export (shipping to you). For Express shipping orders, refund will be less two separate shipping fees, i.e. export fees - shipping to you and import fees - shipping back to us.
    *For Re-shipping, there will be additional shipping charge depending on shipping option and destination. Estimated from $10 SGD and above.
    • Incorrect address.
    • Incomplete address.
    • Failure to collect parcel at postal office after attempted delivery.
    • Failure to pay duties & taxes.
  • Parts are not to your expected quality.
    *Refund initiated will be PARTIAL, i.e. less the transaction fees and shipping charges incurred, estimated between $10 to $35 SGD.
    *Shipping and packaging charges for parts returned to us will NOT be reimburse.
    *Parts received must be in pristine, new and unused condition, i.e. prior to installation and attempted installation.
  • Cancellation of order prior to shipping.
    *Please note that transaction fees incurred will NOT be refund as both PayPal and ShopPay do not refund transaction fees once payment has been processed. Additionally, if payment not made in SGD currency, take note that currency exchange rate will significantly impact on the amount refunded.

Will NOT be accepted for

  • Parts purchased do not fit your watch model. To avoid this, do proper research and ask us questions through email (hello@luciusatelier.com) prior to placing an order.
  • Parts have been installed or attempted installation on defective or incorrect parts delivered. Inspect the parts upon arrival and let us know immediately on any defects or incorrect parts received.
  • Parts colour are not exactly the same as the website. We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities.
  • Parts are being held back by custom of destination country. Ensure that custom of destination country permits and approves delivery of the parts prior to placing an order.
  • Parts are given FREE during promotion and/or special events. As price is equivalent to $0, even if parts are defective, no refund or exchange will be accepted.
  • Parcel EN ROUTE to destination. In other words, parcel is already on the way to the shipping address. Your patience would be appreciated.
  • Parcel NOT returned to us and lost due to incorrect, incomplete address, or failure to collect parcel at postal office after attempted delivery. Double-check and ensure your shipping address is correct. Ensure to pick up parcel held by postal office after an attempted delivery.
  • Parcel documented as DELIVERED according to tracking number but did not receive. Potentially due to theft in the shipping address vicinity. Complications in this type of scenario will be settled through PayPal's Seller Protection programme if payment was through PayPal. For other payment methods, no refund will be accepted.
    *Be aware of your vicinity and take proactive actions to avoid such events by selecting DHL EXPRESS option. Unless otherwise, this option requires recipient's signature, parcel will not be left unmanned at a doorstep or mailbox.
  • Watches assembled to personal customisations. Ensure the customisation is to your liking. Given that there is no re-sale value, watches that are assembled to personal customisation are non-refundable.
  • Parts purchased at discounted prices. Please note that we do not offer refund for parts purchased at discounted prices and during sales.

Each country differs in terms of custom and taxes, and are beyond our control. We will NOT be responsible for

  • Any shipping delays due to custom of destination country.
  • Any taxes and duties incurred by destination country.
  • Any parcels held by custom of destination country.



Delivery times quoted are:

  • Estimated in business days and exclude local public holidays.
  • Estimated upon shipments receipt at facility.
  • Subject to delays due to customs inspection and/or force majeure event as well as changes without prior notice.
