Product Information

Our dial are made specific for Seiko movements with 28.5mm dial diameter. Seiko themselves has also maintain size consistency across most of their models. So technically, it will fit a myriad of movements such as 7S26, 7S36, 4R15, 4R35, 6R15, NE15, NH25, NH26, NH35 and more. If you have any doubt, please feel free to ask us any questions or refer to product page to view the specfications.

Both dial has two legs each behind to be held in place on a specific Seiko movement. Depending on the model of a Seiko watch, the crown can be located either at 3 o'clock or 4 o'clock, e.g. SNZF17 and SKX007, respectively. Because of this, the bracket on the Seiko movement that holds the dial in place are located at different points. Therefore, a 3 o'clock dial is meant for 3 o'clock crown Seiko movements and vice versa.

Yes. All our orders come with a free set of matching spring bars.

Our straps will fit almost any standard lug attachment watch. Do take measurements between the lugs to obtain the strap size, in millimeters. If unsure, you can always contact us and we will assist you in selecting the right size.

Product Installation

You may find plenty of articles on google and videos on youtube about installing sapphire crystals, bezel, bezel inserts, dial, hands, and more.

Yes. We will gladly install all parts purchased from us at no additional cost. However, you are required to cover the shipping cost of your watch to and fro. Upon receiving the watch, installation may take up to 1 week depending on our installation load.

Seiko watches are service friendly. Hence, you may visit any of your local watchmaker to have your parts installed for you.

*Watchmaker services are chargeable.

Yes. You will need a spring bar removal tool to remove the spring bars from the watch lugs, and install the new strap.

You can also take your watch over to watch repair shop or jeweler to have them do it for you.

Shipping & Handling

Yes. We ship worldwide.

We offer FREE SingPost Registered Air Shipping on all domestic and international orders. No minimum purchase required.

There will be additional shipping charges for express delivery or different couriers.

All orders placed before 12NOON GMT+8 (9PM PST), on a working day, will be shipped out on the same day. Thereafter, all orders will be shipped out on the next available working day.

Examples:

Order placed at 12PM GMT+8 (9PM PST) on a working day, Friday. The order will be shipped out on the same day.

Order placed at 12PM GMT+8 (9PM PST) on a weekend, Saturday. The order will be shipped out on Monday.

Order placed at 9PM GMT+8 (6AM PST) on a working day, Monday. The order will be shipped out on the next working day, Tuesday.

Note: Where custom modification is required, there will be additional handling time prior to shipping.

For domestic order, estimated delivery of your parcel takes 2 to 3 working days using SingPost.

For international order, depending on country, estimated delivery of your parcel takes between 5 to 14 working days using SingPost.

Upon checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery period for your country.

**Delivery times are only estimates and may or may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.

**Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance that may potentially cause delays.

**During festive seasons, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail to the estimated delivery time. 

Yes. All registered parcels shipped out will have a tracking number. You will receive it in your email once your order has been shipped out. You may also find the details on our website if you have created an account.

**For registered parcels to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. 

Yes. Express delivery is available and selectable upon checkout.
