Rotors & Bridges

Yes — they're made for the Seiko NH family: NH34 GMT, NH35, NH36 and NH38, and mechanically they also fit the skeletonised NH70-series. Fit is mechanical; whether a bridge LOOKS right on a skeleton movement is a different question — see below.

It fits, but we don't recommend it. The bridge sits over exactly the section the skeleton movement opens up — you'd be covering the openwork you paid for. On a skeletonised movement the right decorative part is a rotor on its own; save the rotor-plus-bridge pairing for solid NH movements.

PVD coating — the colour is bonded into the surface, not painted on top. That's what keeps it crisp under a caseback, but it also means it can't be stripped back to bare metal: abrasives don't reveal steel, they destroy the finish. Pick the colour you want to keep.

The rotor is the moving piece and the one your eye goes to first — if you're decorating one part, start there. The bridge dresses the plate beside it and completes the look on a solid movement. Both are visible only through an exhibition (sapphire) caseback, so pair them with one.
