The price you see at checkout is the final amount. No surprise customs bills, no inflated courier handling fees, no parcels held at customs over duty disputes — on both Economy and Express.
Why is US express more than other regions? For our first seven years (2018–2024) we absorbed every courier rate increase ourselves. In 2025 the U.S. de minimis exemption ended, and FedEx raised their U.S. rates by more than 50% in the months that followed. Fuel surcharges have kept climbing into 2026.
We still subsidise part of the express fee on every U.S. order — and we absorb the import tariffs on top of that. If you're not in a hurry, Economy is the cheaper route, and it's free on orders of SGD 50 and up.

Express (FedEx/DHL) is 2–4 business days to most destinations, fully tracked door-to-door. Choose it when you need the part for a build with a deadline.
Economy is a postal handover — we ship via SingPost, your national post office completes the delivery. It's tracked, and it's free on orders of SGD 50 and up in every region. Transit varies by region — 6–14 business days to Asia-Pacific, 10–25 to the US, UK, Europe, Canada and Mexico, 15–40 to the Middle East, Russia, India and the rest of the world. Your region's exact range is in its section above and is the same figure shown at checkout.
Economy cannot be sped up or upgraded once dispatched, and postal networks occasionally run slow. If the timing matters, pay for Express.
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). Singapore-bound orders received before 2pm SGT on a weekday usually go out the same day.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our workshop.
Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to follow the parcel on the courier's website.
If you can't find the email, check your spam folder first — automated tracking emails sometimes land there. If it's not there either, email hello@luciusatelier.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Orders ship worldwide from our Singapore warehouse. Any customs duties, import VAT/GST, or courier handling fees are set by your destination country — not by us — and are paid by you, the recipient, before your parcel is released for delivery.
Customs and tax policies vary widely between countries and change often. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing a large order if you'd like to estimate any duty ahead of time. Lucius Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
No. We absorb all U.S. import tariffs on your behalf, so your checkout price is the final amount.
Express couriers (FedEx, DHL) cannot deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. For these addresses, please select Economy shipping at checkout — it goes via SingPost handover to your local post, which does deliver to them.
If you need the parcel quickly, please provide a residential or commercial street address at checkout instead.
Some addresses are classified as "Remote Area Delivery" by express couriers — typically rural, island, or hard-to-reach locations. For these destinations, FedEx and DHL charge an additional handling fee on top of standard express rates.
If your shipping address triggers an RAD surcharge, we'll email you with the exact fee and next steps before dispatch. You can choose to pay the surcharge, switch to economy shipping, or cancel the order for a full refund.
If your parcel hasn't moved in tracking for more than 7 days, or it's past the estimated delivery window for your region, email hello@luciusatelier.com with your order number.
We'll open a trace with the courier and keep you updated. In the rare event a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll either reship the order or issue a full refund — your choice.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we hold the full order and ship everything together once the pre-order item arrives in our warehouse. This keeps shipping costs lower and avoids splitting your build across multiple parcels.
If you'd prefer split shipping, place the in-stock items and pre-order items as two separate orders.
All rates are shown in SGD. If you're shopping from outside Singapore, prices are converted to your local currency automatically at checkout, so the number you see there is the number you pay. Bank or card foreign-exchange fees may still apply — these are outside our control.
