At Lucius Atelier, we have consistently strived over the past seven years (2018–2024) to subsidize and absorb rising shipping costs, even amidst inflation and annual price increases by couriers. However, this year, DHL has significantly raised their express shipping rates to the United States by nearly 40%.

To ensure that we maintain the exceptional quality of our watch parts and uphold the outstanding after-sales service you’ve come to expect, we must adjust our shipping prices accordingly.

PROCESSING TIMES

We strive to process all orders promptly.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with your shipment details once your order is processed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and chosen shipping method. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Local Delivery (Singapore)

For orders shipped within Singapore, we offer free delivery.

Remote Area Delivery (RAD) Fees

Some shipping addresses may be classified as "Remote Area Delivery" (RAD) by express couriers. An additional RAD fee will apply for express shipping to these locations.

When your parcel crosses international borders, it is subject to customs inspections and tax evaluations by your local authorities.

  • Charges Determined Locally: Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are assessed by your country’s customs and tax authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid before delivery.
  • Dynamic and Varying Policies: Customs and tax policies vary widely between countries and are subject to change.

We recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order to understand any applicable fees and avoid surprises.

NON-DELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Certain addresses may not be eligible for express delivery due to courier limitations:

  • PO Box, APO, and FPO Addresses: Express couriers like FedEx and DHL cannot deliver to these addresses.
  • Alternative Shipping Method: For these addresses, we will use economy or local post (handled by SingPost), with a delivery timeframe of 2–8 weeks.

To Ensure Faster Delivery:
For express shipping options, please provide a valid residential or commercial address during checkout.


 

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s progress in real-time via our shipping partner’s website.
