After re-working on multiple prototypes of an explorer dial specifically for Seiko models while trying to preserve the unique characteristic of an explorer face, we have finally decided on this design.

The Terra Explorer possesses a glossy black enamel finish that alludes opulence. A 3, 6 and 9 numerals aligned with the outer track indices to compose a visually wider watch face. Furthermore, the characteristic numerals are filled with 100% Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9 emitting a long-lasting blue glow, like the hour markers.

Classy Quality

A homage to the Explorer from the "big R". Very nice execution: an enamel finish, aplied indices, BGW lume. This dial screams class and then some. Tasteful printing, nicely balanced. I put it in an SKX023 case, the 38mm case adding to the vintage vibe. I did however use MM hands instead of the merc hands to keep things more "Seiko flavoured". The dial and second hand lume blue, the minute and hour lume green. Lovely.

I love the applied numbers and indices of this dial. It gives a lot of depth. It would be great if you also have a BGW9 Sword Hands to match the lume of the hands.

I used this fantastic dial for my SNK371 "Dora" mod. Its gloss finish really pops the details with subtle reflections of the hands and indices that elevate the simple design. The lume is fantastic, too.

Awesome Dial!!

A great seller with extra nice getures! The dial pins arrived a bit bent, but that was easily fixed, so no problem. Other than that, the enamel texture is level across the dial, and shines with no flaw. The lumes are great as you can see in the photos below. My mod takes inspiration from both the explorer and the milgauss, and while the combination doesn't yield the greatest harmony, it's fun to wear and look at :) Overall, I definitely recommend buying stuff from Adriel!

Fantastic Attention to Detail

I used this dial for my first watch mod/build. The detail of the LA dials incredible! The combo of the "Automatic" text at the bottom and the small logo up top provides a very good balance of aesthetics on the dial face. The silver around the indices is a nice touch and the lume is super bight. I was trying to think of something the dial needed or something that could be changed but it needs nothing. Can't wait to order the diver dial for a BLNR build. Great customer service as well.

Superb Dial!

Used this dial in a recent build for a customer and it was such a well crafted dial. The raised indices are trimmed and the lume is superb and bright. The glow reflected amazingly off the perfect glossly finish of the dial face. Very pleased with the quality.
