    Mother of Pearl, also known as nacre, is the iridescent lining you find on the inside of a shell. Its most distinguishing characteristic is its iridescence, which appears to gradually change colour as the angle of view or the angle of illumination changes.

    This iridescent quality of mother of pearl perpetually possess a mesmerising wide spectrum of colours, from red tone to green, blue and yellow tones. A beauty highly coveted in the watch industry.

    This SEIKO 5 SNKL15 is an automatic self-winding mechanical watch featuring a 38mm diameter stainless stain case modified with (i) Mother of Pearl Diver's Dial (Date), (ii) double domed & double sided coated blue AR sapphire crystal, (iii) Lumibrite SKX007 handset and (iv) brown vintage Italian calf leather strap.

    The pre-production and perfected dial prototype. Only one of it kind exist! This is a modified SEIKO watch ready to be shipped out before the completion of production.
