What is there to review with a part like this...? Great to finally track one down - not every mod seller carries them - fit was perfect, gloss black finish matches aftermarket MM300 black outline hands. Don't leave that pinion naked on your two-hand build!

it does what it is supposed to and the build quality is as great as ever but it is really hard to put on. after trying for like a good 15 minutes, i have created a technique to put it on and i might as well share it here:
so you want to put a little bit rodoco (that gummy thin idk if this is how it is spelled) on your seconds hand setter and then stick the seconds cap there. when you put it in its place, the movement holds it more than the rodoco so you can then remove the rodoco on the seconds cap.

Does the cap spin, like a second hand would? What I understand it's installed like a normal second hand, just not sure.

Yes — it spins exactly like a second hand would. It installs the same way as a normal seconds hand and sweeps around with the movement; the only difference is there's no needle pointing out, just the cap itself rotating. So you get the motion without the pointer.
