Hands were exactly as described and finished beautifully. The blue seconds hand pops yet is still somewhat discrete with the stardust dial depending on the lighting and angle.

The hour and minute hands are polished to a mirror finish, and look amazing when viewed in light. Would love them even more if the bevel around the edges were just a little thicker!

I'm slightly sad that the hands were tiny scratches.
Definitely looks like a Baby Grand Seiko! Nice job!! Yes, I wouldn't recommend using tweezers for hands installation unless you have super steady hands. Else you really risk scratching the hands. My best recommendation is to use putty and a toothpick. Easy and risk-free! =)
