To answer your question: No, the SKX013 24H GMT Bezel does not fit the GS Watch Case - 39mm v2. The SKX013 bezel is designed exclusively for the smaller SKX013 case architecture.
Regarding the click spring:
• The SKX013 24H GMT Bezel does not come with a bezel click spring.
• The click spring is only included when you purchase an SKX013 case.
For your GS Watch Case - 39mm v2, please note that it features a fixed non-rotationable bezel and does not come with a click spring. While the bezel can be removed, we do not currently offer any alternative replacement bezels for this specific case model. If you are looking to use a 24H GMT bezel like the one you mentioned, you would need to use a case with the SKX013 architecture instead.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to redo or customize the finish on the SKX013 24H GMT Bezel as part of our production or fulfillment process. The brushed silver with black markers finish is fixed during manufacturing.
However, you are absolutely free to modify and DIY the bezel however you wish—whether it’s refinishing, coating, or customizing it to your preferred aesthetic.

Yes and no. It is not bidirectional when you put the bezel click spring. Remove that, and it is bidirectional. 120 clicks.

Nope. It is rotatable. Being rotatable allows an addition GMT usage. If you leave the bezel alone, it is as good as fixed. If you really want it physically fixed, there is always an option to use superglue and bond the bezel to the case.
So you have both the options of rotatable and non-rotatable.
