Why is US shipping more than other regions? For our first seven years (2018–2024) we absorbed every courier rate increase ourselves. In 2025 the U.S. de minimis exemption ended, and FedEx raised their U.S. rates by more than 50% in the months that followed. Fuel surcharges have kept climbing into 2026.

We still subsidise a portion of the shipping fee on every U.S. order — and we absorb the import tariffs on top of that. The price you see is the lowest we can offer while keeping our after-sales service intact.

Mexico orders ship on the same express service and pricing tier as the USA. PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses cannot receive express delivery — see the "How we ship" section below.

• Express — FedEx/DHL, 2–4 business days.

Economy delivery: typically 10–14 working days. In rare cases postal delays can extend this to 4–6 weeks — we'll always provide tracking so you can monitor your parcel.

UK import VAT and duties are the recipient's responsibility and are assessed by HMRC on parcels above the de minimis threshold.

Canadian GST/HST/PST and import duties are the recipient's responsibility and are assessed by CBSA at the point of entry.

Australian GST and import duties are the recipient's responsibility. For parcels under AUD 1,000, GST is typically collected at checkout by major couriers on Shopify's behalf.

Local import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

This zone carries a higher express tier because courier rates to these destinations are significantly more expensive than other regions. Two shipping options:

• Economy — local post handover, 10–14 working days typical (up to 4–6 weeks in rare cases).
• Express — FedEx/DHL, 2–5 business days.

Countries in this zone: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, South Africa, Brazil.

Economy shipping only. Express couriers do not reliably operate in these markets, so we ship via local post handover.

If your country isn't listed above, you're covered by our standard global zone. Two shipping options:

• Economy — local post handover, 10–14 working days typical.
• Express — FedEx/DHL, 3–7 business days.

Economy delivery: typically 10–14 working days, up to 4–6 weeks in rare cases. Local import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). Singapore-bound orders received before 2pm SGT on a weekday usually go out the same day.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number the moment your parcel leaves our workshop.

Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a direct link to follow the parcel on the courier's website.

If you can't find the email, check your spam folder first — automated tracking emails sometimes land there. If it's not there either, email hello@luciusatelier.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Everywhere else: Import duties, VAT/GST, and any courier handling fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. These are paid before the parcel can be released for delivery.

Customs and tax policies vary widely between countries and change often. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing a large order if you'd like to estimate any duty ahead of time. Lucius Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Express couriers (FedEx, DHL) cannot deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. For these addresses we use economy shipping via SingPost handover to local post.

If you need the parcel quickly, please provide a residential or commercial street address at checkout instead.

Some addresses are classified as "Remote Area Delivery" by express couriers — typically rural, island, or hard-to-reach locations. For these destinations, FedEx and DHL charge an additional handling fee on top of standard express rates.

If your shipping address triggers an RAD surcharge, we'll email you with the exact fee and next steps before dispatch. You can choose to pay the surcharge, switch to economy shipping, or cancel the order for a full refund.

If your parcel hasn't moved in tracking for more than 7 days, or it's past the estimated delivery window for your region, email hello@luciusatelier.com with your order number.

We'll open a trace with the courier and keep you updated. In the rare event a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll either reship the order or issue a full refund — your choice.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we hold the full order and ship everything together once the pre-order item arrives in our warehouse. This keeps shipping costs lower and avoids splitting your build across multiple parcels.

If you'd prefer split shipping, place the in-stock items and pre-order items as two separate orders.
