Velká vlna z Kanagawy (神奈川沖浪裏, Kanagawa-oki nami ura) je ikonický dřevotisk od Katsushika Hokusai (葛飾北斎), přibližně v letech 1829 až 1833 v pozdním období Edo. K dnešnímu dni zůstává nejslavnějším dílem Hokusaie a je jedním z nejznámějších děl japonského umění na světě.
Vzhledem k bohaté historii a původu Hokusai a SEIKO se jedná o dokonale spárované ocenění umění a horologie.

Great and beautiful dial, matched perfectly, and no installation problems.
Knew I had to have this beautiful dial but was worried about the color matching with what I wear.
Oh man was I wrong to worry. Blends in perfectly with skin tones. Just pure glass and silver on my wrist.

Took my time in looking for the perfect base watch for this, which is why I had to wait and look for a brand new SNKL23, and it paid off once I finally had the dial on it. I am planning to wear this during the sunset cocktail party of my sister's wedding in june, and I am sure it will stand out and make an impression.

Actually I am just sharing my passion and enthusiasm of SEIKO modding. I think it's important to communicate and getting all spot on for the final mod. After all, if the timepiece does spend time on your wrist, it will probably spend more time with you than your lifetime companion. That part is a true story for me!~hahaha

My second Great Wave dial with date window. I haven't finished my mod with this dial yet, but it's superb. A beautiful glossy enamel dial with the ideal cut SS indices to match. Great looking dial, never expected I would get something art-inspired for a watch dial. The gloss finish on the dial goes great for a watch that can serve as a dress or casual watch. Hand written note from Adriel tops it off with a personal touch. Will definitely continue to be a patron. Great work!

Excellent dial that got positive comments from my local watchmaker when he was assembling my SNKL with the mod. Beautifully made and wouldn't hesitate to order other custom dials by Lucius Atelier/Adriel in the future. It's simply a beautifully designed and constructed dial that blows you away in person.
