SEIKO 5 Sports SRDP55K1 The Great Wave off Kanagawa Mod #XXX135

The Great Wave off Kanagawa (神奈川沖浪裏, Kanagawa-oki nami ura) is an iconic woodblock print by Katsushika Hokusai (葛飾北斎), circa 1829 to 1833 in the late Edo period. To date, this remains as Hokusai's most famous piece of work and has been one of the most recognisable works of Japanese Art in the world.

Given the rich history and origin of Hokusai and SEIKO, this is a perfectly paired appreciation of art and horology.

This SEIKO SRPD55K1 is an automatic with manual winding capacity mechanical watch featuring a 42.5mm diameter stainless stain case modified with (i) The Great Wave off Kanagawa Dial, (ii) The Great Fathom Hands, (iii) The Submariner Bezel, (iv) Ceramic Bezel Insert - Yacht Master Silver, (v) Mirror Polished Silver Chapter Ring, (vi) Double Domed Blue AR Coated Sapphire Crystal, and (vii) Vintage Calf Strap.
